BSGI Annual Scientific Meeting prize winners - NEW

BSGI congratulates prize winners of the best oral and poster presentations.

There were some outstanding oral and poster presentations at this year's BSGI annual scientific meeting. Miss Holly Morgan, a medical student at Cardiff University School of Medicine received the prize for her oral presentation titled "Comparison of two different methods of teaching ultrasound scanning to medical students". Holly pictured above receiving her prize from Mr Joseph Iskaros, BSGI Committee member.

Dr Kaler, a Specialty Trainee in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the London Deanery, won the prize for her poster "A case of post partum pyomyoma: the use of imaging for diagnosis and reivew of the literature". Dr Kaler pictured below receiving her prize from Mr Nazar Amso, Chairman of the BSGI Committe.

 

Both prizes were book tokens to the value of £75.

Congratulations to both prize winners. The Society wishes them all the best in their future careers.
